Turn a request for a poster into work that matches the brand.

Most small businesses do not need a new identity every year. They need someone reliable to turn a request into finished, on-brand work every week: a festival offer banner, a social post, a signboard for a new branch.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

In one paragraph

Creative and graphic design is the ongoing production of everyday design work, social posts, banners, signage, print ads, checked against the existing brand guidelines. GullySales runs this as a standing service so every piece produced looks like it came from the same business.

Handled by whoever is free that week, this work drifts from the brand quickly. A banner made in March stops looking like it came from the same business as one made in November. We run it as a standing service instead, checked against your guidelines every time.

This service assumes an identity already exists. Without a defined logo, colours and typography, that work needs to happen first.

The problem

Does this sound like your business?

What owners tell us on the first call, in their words.

  • “Every design comes from a different freelancer with a different style.”

One banner looks nothing like the last, because a different person made it with no shared brief or brand reference.

  • “Turnaround takes weeks for a single social media post.”

A simple offer graphic gets stuck in a queue behind bigger projects, and the offer is over by the time the design is ready.

  • “Nobody checks a new design against the brand guidelines before it goes out.”

A design goes to print or goes live using the wrong colour or an outdated logo file, because no one compared it to the reference document.

What we do

Everything that is included.

Each deliverable, and what it gets you. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Standing design capacity

A regular monthly allocation of design work, sized to how much your business actually needs produced.

  2. Social and digital creative

Posts, banners and ad creatives sized for each platform and checked against the brand guidelines.

  3. Print and signage design

Brochures, posters and signage designed and prepared correctly for the printer.

  4. Brand compliance check

Every piece checked against the guidelines before it goes out, so colour, logo and typography stay consistent.

  5. Asset library

Finished designs stored and organised so past work can be reused instead of redesigned from scratch.

How the result is measured

  • Pieces produced per month
  • Average turnaround time
  • Brand compliance issues caught before publishing
  • Reused assets from the library

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for you if these sound familiar.

  • Businesses with an existing brand identity that need regular design output
  • Owners currently relying on a different freelancer for every individual request
  • Businesses running frequent offers or seasonal campaigns that need quick turnaround design
  • Multi-branch businesses needing consistent design across several locations

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • No brand identity or guidelines exist yet, that work needs to happen first
  • You need a single, one-off major design project such as a full identity, that is a different scope

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the creative and graphic design work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm the scope

We agree roughly how much design work your business needs, and in what formats.

  2. 2

    Brief and design

A short brief captures what each piece is for and by when, then it is produced against your brand guidelines.

  3. 3

    Review and revise

A short review catches corrections before the piece goes live or to print.

  4. 4

    Deliver and file

Final files go out in the correct format and into the asset library for future reuse.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

All case studies
  • Divya Agros

    Situation
Certification is the proof in organic produce. Divya Agros had the certificates and no place to put them, which is a hard position to build trust from.
    What we did
    • Site structure planned first
    • A responsive website
    • Pages written for the reader
    • A visual identity
    Result
No numbers were recorded for this engagement. The work is described in full in the case study.

  • HOPO Hardware

    Situation
There was no website or online platform of any kind, so nothing showed the products, their features or their technical specifications. A dealer who wanted a specification had to ask for it every time.
    What we did
    • Website and product catalogue
    • Logo and colour palette
    • Printed stationery
    • Social accounts opened
    Result
No numbers were recorded for this engagement. The work is described in full in the case study.

  • LL Trust

    Situation
The trust had no identity of its own, so nothing in how it presented itself distinguished it from comparable organisations competing for the same donors.
    What we did
    • Comparable organisations reviewed
    • Logo and branding
    • A palette that carries the values
    • Reviewed with the trust
    Result
No numbers were recorded for this engagement. The work is described in full in the case study.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Engagement options

Ways to work with us.

Pick the size of commitment that fits. Every option starts with your brief and a conversation.

  1. Option 1

    The conversation on its own

A call after you send your brief. It says honestly whether you need outside help, and many fixes are ones your own team can make.

  2. Option 2

    One fix, scoped

Start with the fix that matters most, such as reply time or follow-up. The fee is in writing before anything starts.

  3. Option 3

    An ongoing programme

We run the work, report against the baseline, and you renew on the numbers. The term and the reporting are agreed in writing first.

  4. Option 4

Guidance for your own team or agency

We plan, brief and check the work of your in-house team or current agency, instead of replacing them.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a designer on our side to brief you?
No. We work from a short brief you send us for each request, over WhatsApp or email.
What is not included in this service?
A full brand identity, website design and video production are separate services, each needing different skills.
How fast is turnaround for a simple request?
Most routine requests, such as a single social post or offer banner, turn around inside a window agreed upfront.
Is this billed per design or as a standing monthly amount?
It is scoped as a standing capacity after we have read your brief and spoken to you, not per piece, so cost is written down before the first request goes out.
Who actually does the design work?
The same team that works on your account, not a rotating pool of freelancers, so the person checking your brand guidelines already knows them.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
