Spend goes out, and nobody knows what came back
The report shows clicks and impressions. It does not show which enquiry came from which ad, or which enquiry became a sale. Until it does, more budget is a guess.
Paid advertising for architecture practices is the fastest way to get in front of a client — and the fastest way to waste money if nobody measures it. We run search and social ads to a cost per qualified enquiry, against a baseline recorded first, and we say so when a campaign is not earning.
Where it usually goes wrong
The report shows clicks and impressions. It does not show which enquiry came from which ad, or which enquiry became a sale. Until it does, more budget is a guess.
The enquiries arrive from the wrong city, the wrong size, the wrong problem. The fix is in the targeting and the copy, not the budget.
Paying for a client to arrive and then losing them to a slow page with a hidden phone number. The landing page is half the campaign.
What we would do
The order here is set by the meter running: tracking and a recorded baseline come before the first advert goes live, then the searches, then the page the click lands on — start anywhere else and you are buying visits with no way of saying what they were worth.
The services, the area and the budget you want, with negative terms for the rest — run to a cost per enquiry.
Instagram and Facebook campaigns for the audience actually planning a purchase, built on your real work.
One offer, one action, fast on a phone — so the money spent on arriving is not lost on landing.
Enquiries and orders by campaign, against the baseline — the number that decides whether to spend more.
Before we write a new advert we read the search terms the current ones are already paying for, and it is usually a third of the budget going to people after free advice, a job, or the do-it-yourself version. Excluding those takes an hour, costs nothing, and is the only change we make that lowers the bill the same week. We do not publish a price; we scope the work in the free audit and put the fee in writing, split into our time, your media spend and production, before anything begins.
A baseline is recorded first, so a report can say what changed rather than describe activity. If something is not earning, we say so and stop it.
We are a small team in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. Clients include Chord Road Hospital, SB Engineering, NewCom Logistics, Kerur Pain Clinic and Natural Gases, across healthcare, manufacturing, logistics and services.
More for architecture practices
When twenty buyers make up the market, marketing is a list with a plan for each name.
Who you are for, what you promise, and which two channels will carry it — decided before any spend.
Plain answers to the questions a client asks before they enquire, published where they search.
Staying in front of the enquiries that were not ready yet, until they are.
The right creator, for the right reason, measured by enquiries rather than reach.
Qualified enquiries every week, from a client, at a cost you can see — and answered before they go cold.
Enough to learn something in a month — which for most architecture practices is modest. We would rather start small, find the terms and audiences that bring buyers, and then scale, than open with a large budget and guess.
Yes, and some owners should. The hard parts are the targeting, the exclusions and the measurement; if we set those up and hand them over, that is a fair way to work.
The honest kind is. Nobody is suggesting a billboard. Writing down what you know about the problems clients bring, being findable for them, and answering enquiries promptly is how a client chooses now — and it is how the good practices are already being chosen.
There is no price list. A single clinic and an exporter are different orders of work, and a range wide enough to cover both tells you nothing. We scope it in the free audit and put the fee in writing before anything begins.
