Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and executing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. 
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. 
  • Track project progress and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders. 
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks or challenges during the project lifecycle. 
  • Maintain documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports. 
  • Communicate project updates effectively to clients and internal teams. 
  • Manage resources and ensure efficient allocation to various tasks. 
  • Support in evaluating project performance and suggesting improvements. 
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. 
  • 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or management. 
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall). 
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Trello, Asana, or MS Project. 
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams and clients. 
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
